My honey said it's the Best Banana Bread ever... Cinnamony Banana Bread with Walnuts or without. (1 Loaf or 12 cupcakes)

cup White Sugar

cup / 1 stick soft butter

cups White Flour Self Rising

cup Walnuts or Pecans
  1. Mash 3 ripe bananas & 2 Tablespoon milk & 1 Tablespoon ground Cinnamon (to taste)
  2. In a seperate bown Cream together 1 cup granulated sugar & ¼ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature, gently add 2 large eggs, one by one.
  3. Add the mashed banana's mixture to butter sugar mixture & fold in ½ cup walnuts or pecans ur choice, optional.
  4. Slowly add to the butter sugar bowl: 2 cups flour until well mixed, but not overly mixed.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Let sit for about 10 min. Serve warm & enjoy.
