Ingredients

3: Med. Large Bananas

2: tablespoon milk

1: tablespoon Cinnamon

1: cup White Sugar

1/4: cup / 1 stick soft butter

2: Large eggs

2: cups White Flour Self Rising

1/2: cup Walnuts or Pecans

Directions

1 Mash 3 ripe bananas & 2 Tablespoon milk & 1 Tablespoon ground Cinnamon (to taste)
2 In a seperate bown Cream together 1 cup granulated sugar & ¼ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature, gently add 2 large eggs, one by one.
3 Add the mashed banana's mixture to butter sugar mixture & fold in ½ cup walnuts or pecans ur choice, optional.
4 Slowly add to the butter sugar bowl: 2 cups flour until well mixed, but not overly mixed.
5 Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Let sit for about 10 min. Serve warm & enjoy.

Expert Tips

Make a vanilla glaze to drizzle over the top. 2 Tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 cup Confectioner Sugar. Stir until smooth. Let stand for 5 min to thicken, Spoon over warm bread. Makes 1/2 cup.
