I made this side for Christmas Dinner after searching several sites for a wild rice recipe this one caught my eye because of the beef broth. It was a great addition to the Beef Tenderloin. I received several compliments and two guest asked for the recipe. I made the dish the night before and added the thyme and extra butter before reheating and serving. The only change I made was that I added a small can of sliced water chestnuts for some crunch.
