I really liked the pizza. I think it's a great idea for vegetarian dishes. I personally will adjust the basil the next time I make it though. It was a little strong for me. I love the pita bread. I love thin crust pizzas and this was fabulouis. I would add a pinch of salt.

This is a wonderful lighter take on pizza. It is especially wonderful in the summertime and a great way to get in delicious vegetables. These little pizzas make wonderful appetizers to serve for comapny or on game day!
