I was wondering what type of cheese can be substituted for goats cheese and Romano cheese, if I cannot find it made from cows milk?

I was pleasantly suprised at how easy the recipe was and how good it tastes. I wasn't sure people would try this at our office get together but they enjoyed it too! I didn't know gluten free could taste so good!

I made these for an open house and everyone loved them, espeically the those on gluten free diets. I will definitely make again. The pecans are a great surprise taste.

I had this at a friends house, which she made especially for me (gluten intolerant)at Christmas Eve gathering. I was blown away and so were the other guests. I was so tasty.

I thought this recipe was great. I had some Mexican blend of shredded cheese so I used this instead of the swiss. This could be great for breakfast too. I liked the pecans. They gave it a different taste. Thanks Betty Crocker!

Took this to a scrapbooking event and everyone LOVED it. Only thing I may try differently next time is to do 1/2 shredded swiss cheese and 1/2 shredded pepper jack cheese for a little kick!
