box supermoist white boxed cake mix
1/4
teaspoon gel food colors
1 1/2
cups marshmallow creme
3/4
cup butter, softened
1 1/4
cups powderd sugar
  1. Heat oven to 350. spray 60 mini muffin tins. Make cake batter as directed on box. Divide batter among 5 small bowls and make 5 different colors by adding 1/2 t. food color gel to each batter bowl. Fill each muffin cup with 1 level Tablespoon batter, making 12 of each color. Bake 11 to 14 min. and cool 5 min. remove from pan and cool completely
  2. For frosting: beat marshmallow creme and butter and medium speed until blended. Beat in powdered sugar. divide frosting among 5 bowls, about 1/3 cup each. Using the same 5 food colors, lightly tint frosting in each bowl to match cupcake colors
  3. Assemble each pop using 2 mini cupcakes. Cut tops off each cupcake horizontally (save bottoms for another use). spread 1 T. frosting on each cut side of cupcake. form a sandwhich by placing cut side of 2nd cupcake on top of frosting. store loosely covered.
