1: tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1: tablespoon olive oil

1: tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1: tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

3: large tomatoes, coarsely chopped

10: oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed (2 cups)

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 In large bowl, mix vinegar, oil, basil and parsley with whisk. Stir in tomatoes and cheese; toss gently.
