Eight 4-inch pancakes

cups low-fat buttermilk

tablespoons molasses
1/4
cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2
cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/2
cup Gold Medal® whole wheat flour
1/4
cup wheat bran
1/2
teaspoon baking soda
  1. Beat buttermilk, molasses and egg product in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375°; spray with nonstick cooking spray. For each pancake, pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other sides until golden brown.
