Ingredients

cup firmly packed brown sugar

cup peanut butter

cup butter, softened

cups quick-cooking rolled oats

(6-oz.) pkg. (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips

cup candy-coated chocolate pieces

cup chopped peanuts

cup raisins

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add oats and baking soda; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, chocolate pieces, peanuts and raisins.
  • 2 Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 11 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.

My friend and I both absolutely loved these cookies! I loved how much oatmeal is in them and them have a great peanut butter and chocolate flavor too.

I was dissapointed in this recipe, I'm going back to my old tried and tru recipe 6 eggs 2 cups dark brown sugar 2 cups white sugar, 1tsp vanilla 1tbs karo 1tbs honey 4tsp baking soda 1/2 lb butter 2 cups peanut butter 9 cups oatmeal 1/2 lb choclate chips 1/2 cup peanutbutter chips 1 12oz M&Ms 1 1/2 c flour Refrigerate for 2 hours bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes take out when cookies look not quite done and place on 100% cotton towel for 15mim this takes extra grease out of cookies and they stay softer that way
