4 lb Chuck Roast

half lb baby carrots

stalks Chopped celery

package French onion soup

Potatos cut into bite sized cubes

tablespoon pepper

tablespoons Seasoned salt

cups Water

large can of cream of mushroom soup
  1. Place thawed chuck roast in roasting pan. Season with pepper and season salt. Top with french onion soup and then both cans of cream of mushroom soup. Place carrots, celery and 3 cups of water around roast. Place in oven at 375 degrees. Every so often when you check roast baste with turkey baster with water around the roast. Last hour of roasting place potatos around the roast. Both soups will make a yummy gravy to put on top of roast when done. Enjoy!!
