I live in a condo high rise and my son could smell this as soon as he got off the elevator. He just kep hoping it was coming from my unit. He told it it was the best thing I've ever made. It was delicious and perfect just as the recipe was written. The second time I made it, I used stewing beef which was just as delicious!
