Mom's Meat Bars (Meatloaf)

My mom makes her meat loaf in a 9x12 inch pan. It's not so much a loaf as "meat bar," hence the name. I love the crackers in the meat mix and the yummy brown sugar and ketchup "frosting."

TOPPING

tbsp dijon mustard
  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together and form into a 3/4 to 1 inch high loaf in a greased 9 by 12 baking dish 3/4 cup ketchup 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  2. Mix together topping ingredients and spread on top of meatloaf
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
