The crust on these came out way to hard, and once the topping set and cooled, it didnt stick to the bottom. Really hard to cut. Don't know if the bottom was just overcooked? Was is suppose to be soft? The topping tasted good though!

These are fabulous! I've made them twice and had 3 people want the recipe!! I have overbaked the base both times as I was worried the middle of the pan wouldn't be done, but they still were delicious!
