clove garlic, finely chopped

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, undrained

cup water

tablespoons chili powder

oz semisweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped

teaspoon ground cumin

teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Directions

  • 1 In 3- to 4-quart saucepan, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain, if necessary. Add onion and garlic; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  • 2 Stir in tomatoes, water, chili powder, chocolate, cumin, salt and oregano. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately. Top individual servings with sour cream and cilantro.
