Great summer party drink. My friends raved about it on Memorial Day. Instead of putting it in the freezer and stirring with a fork, I freeze it in my ice cream machine. It comes out really smooth in about 25 min.

Made the mojito slush for a girls night. Everyone loved them because they were so refreshing. Even my two non-drinkers enjoyed. Everyone asked for the receipe. Loved that I could make this ahead of time. Not sure, I agree with the servings portion.

Made the mojito recipe last night for a family gathering and it was delicious. Lots of raves from my family. Didn't disolve the sugar just addied it to the blender with the other ingredients and put the blender in the freezer for about an hour. yum
