An absolutely AMAZING addition to this salad is chopped red bell peppers and pomegrante... very refreshing & tasty! (and even adds a nutritional punch!)

I loved the dressing because it was sweet. Be sure and toast the nuts before adding. Didn''t feel that the avocado added much and probably would add cherry tomatoes or mushrooms instead. Easy to make and delicious
