Quick, easy and delicious. I plumped my raisins for a minute in the microwave with the 2 Tble. of water called for in the recipe. When they were slightly cool, I added to the dough. Worked great. When using a cookie scoop, I found I needed to cook 12-13 minutes. They only made 3-1/2 dozen. I found them a bit too sweet so next time I will use only 1/3 cup brown sugar.

Wonderful cookies and if you can find cinnamon chips they are even better than chocolate chips in this.

Just made these and they are delicious! I love how easy they are to put together - and after reading the comments I also added a half cup of chocolate chips. Great recipe. Thanks!

Wonderful and simple! I used dates instead of raisins. I also added a cup of chocolate chips and walnuts. I burned my first batch a bit on the bottom, so 10 minutes was perfect for my oven.

Wonderful recipe!! My husband, my co-workers and I loved them!! I have been on a search for a good oatmeal cookie recipe (one that is easy to make, tastes good and looks good) and this is it. I added raisins, cranberries, chocolate chips and walnuts. I may try adding a little less brown sugar next time to cut the sweetness just a bit. I highly recommend this recipe.

I omitted the raisins and nuts and added a package of butterscotch chips. I tell you what next time I will need to double the receipe. My boyfriend took them to work and came home with an empty plate and lots of requests for the receipe.
