Well first off, I substituted sugar free canned pineapple chunks for the strawberries, pineapple juice (saved from the can) for orange juice and used sugar in lieu of the honey. Oh yes, left the mint out. My family loved it. Most of it was eaten at dinner and what was left my daughter ate for breakfast the next morning. The bananas, grapes and oranges were fresh and sweet. Naturally sweet fruit is the key to an excellent fruit salad. This time of year it is not hard to find sweet fresh fruit. During the wintertime, that may change so I might need to add a little more sugar.
