cup plain fat-free yogurt
tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves or 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves
tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
tablespoon grated orange peel
garlic clove, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 2 days.
