Everything was going great until I added the mint extract. I had nice stiff peaks, added the mint, and the whole thing turned to a liquid mess.

this meringues taste delicious i made them in 4 different flavours: mint, lemon, cherry and coffee they all were great and on the mint ones i put some chocolate on top instead of sprinkles very goooooooooooooooood
