medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

medium garlic cloves

to 2 fresh Thai, serrano or cayenne chilies
  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Tightly cover and store in refrigerator up to 10 days.
