These came out AMAZING. Although I used white baking chips instead of regular chocolate ones. Very smooth flavor and minty :D Awesome party cookies!

I was looking online for a green dessert for a celebration at work and found this recipe. After reading the raving reviews, I had to try them. Thanks to those that submitted reviews on these cookies. Everyone at work loved them. I sent several people to the Betty Crocker website today to get this recipe. I've been told that I have to make them again next week for St. Patrick's day.

Ive been making these in double/triple batches since you first advertised the recipe I make them big and when cool sandwich two with good sofended vanilla ice cream then quickly store in individual sandwich size baggies in the freezer. I WOW friends and relatives at home and at the campgrounds AWESOME and soooooo EASY thanks Betty
