Ingredients

1: pouch Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix

1/4: cup butter, softened

1: tablespoon water

1: cup Betty Crocker® Whipped vanilla frosting

1: tablespoon pure mint extract

Directions

1 Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and water until soft dough forms.
2 Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet, making 18 cookies.
3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool 4 minutes before assembling.
4 Mix frosting and mint extract. Spread about 1 tablespoon frosting on bottom of 1 cookie. Top with additional cookie, bottom sides together.

These are so good I love eating these they are the best I just put some more mint in there it taste so good it's like a miracle eating these they are the best cookies in the world I just wish to have more
