I made these for a bake sale at church, and everyone loved them. People are still asking for the recipe, so I'm going to print it off. (I had used the back of the lemon bar box myself.) The only thing I noticed is that is says 3 oz. of cream cheese, but my package was 8 oz. and that's how much I used. Very yummy, perfect for summer.

This was great, I used a shot glass instead of the measuring spoon to firm the crust before baking and it was the perfect size. Got a two thumbs up from home and work.............you gotta try them!! YUMMYY!!

I think the instructions would be best explained that the "optional" pie filling is for using on top of the tart if desired. I do agree it is poorly written.

Recipe looked very interesting until I tried to match up ingredients with instructions. Are they they right ingredients or are they the right instructions. Either way, one of the seems to be wrong.
