Super easy to make! Because I took the extra pieces of both pie shells and rolled them out, I was able to get about 12 pies from this mix with filling left over. Add a potato side ( we chose tater tots) and your favorite stout ( or any other Irish ale)and you have a great St. Patrick's Day dinner alternative to corned beef and cabbage! This is definitely a keeper!
