I LOVE this recipe. I make bigger quiches using regular muffin molds, and it doesn't fail to disappoint. Adding mushrooms with the bacon filling, and using 4 eggs with milk added makes a complete batch of 16. GREAT brunch idea.

Great tasty recipe! Very cute presentation. I would prefer less crust and more filling. I would recommend trying to thin out the crust when pressing it into the muffin tin and adding more of the egg mixture.
