Canned peaches can be used instead of fresh. Just cut back slightly on the amount of sugar in the filling, and make sure to drain the peaches well.
Try adding 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans to the streusel topping.
Remove paper baking cups before serving the cobblers, if using a plate and fork, or to eat in-hand, peel the paper cup away as you enjoy the cobbler.
