This was a nice change from plain corn and easy to make. Was ask when I was going to make them again. Great side dish.

Served to my husband and grandson and they both loved it. I used corn that I cut off the cobb and froze last year. I think it gave it a little crispyness. I like them without the sour cream, but they loved them with it. I'm sure I will make this recipe quite often.

I was very disappointed with this recipe. I've made it twice (once frying the corn cakes, the next baking them). Maybe my expectations were too high. I had eaten a similar recipe when I was on vacation to Shanghai, China last spring. The corn cakes I had there were extremely sweet. The corn flavor was like eating "Fresh" sweet corn taken from the field. These were dry with little or no sweetness at all.

Made these for friends- everyone wanted the recipe. I should have doubled the recipe! They were gone in a flash. We served them with salsa - a perfect combination!

Made these for our card club. Everybody wanted the recipe. I baked instead of fried, added some green peppers as well as red. Even more colorful and great finger food.

I've made these twice so far and used them as a side dish. My family LOVES them and both times asks when I going to make them again. I baked them instead of frying, just awesome!

I made these for supper the other night. Very good and easy to make. The whole family liked them. I used leftover frozen corn. Had just the right amount of seasoning. will definitely make these again. Will make a great appetizer for a get-togther of any kind. Who doesn't like corn?
