Ingredients

can (13.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Simply® refrigerated rustic French bread

teaspoons coarse-grained mustard

cup Green Giant™ frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry

apples, thinly sliced
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Salt and pepper to taste

tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil or cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 Cut dough into 8 equal pieces; shape each piece into 3-inch round. Place on cookie sheets.
  • 3 Spread each dough round with 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Layer evenly with spinach, apples and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown, cheese is melted and spinach is hot. Drizzle pizzas with oil. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

Fresh baby spinach leaves can be used instead of frozen spinach.

Try Italian cheese blend or another cheese in place of Cheddar.
