Mini Apple and Spinach Pizzas

Ingredients

can (13.2 oz) Pillsbury® Simply® refrigerated rustic French bread
4
teaspoons coarse-grained mustard
1
cup Green Giant® frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry
2
apples, thinly sliced
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Salt and pepper to taste
1
tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil or cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 Cut dough into 8 equal pieces; shape each piece into 3-inch round. Place on cookie sheets.
  • 3 Spread each dough round with 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Layer evenly with spinach, apples and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown, cheese is melted and spinach is hot. Drizzle pizzas with oil. Serve immediately.
