I made this for dinner last night to go with the pork tenderloin. It was delicious. Because it made so much I gave my 2 friends some to take home. They loved it and want the recipe. This is going into my personal favorite of recipes.

I think the amount of pasta is written wrong. Three cups uncooked shells is not the same as 7½ oz uncooked. I think it should be written “7½ oz uncooked pasta shells [3 Cups cooked]”. I just made this with 3 cups uncooked shells and ended up with a MOUNTAIN of pasta. This dish was good but there was way too much pasta; I’ll try again and only use 7½ oz uncooked.

Great! I've never been a big fan of Garbonzo beans or Red Kidney beans but this dish is one of those that make you want more the more you eat. I'm going to make it again tonight and I'll add some artichoke hearts and mabey some mushrooms.

This is a great recipe! I double the recipe, except use only 1 can of chick peas, and take it to every party and church event. It's a favorite among family and friends, young and old. I use fresh Good Seasons Italian Dressing to make it more flavorful. It also keeps in the heat better than other pasta salads because there's no mayo! I've been making this recipe for years and love it, love it, love it!

My family and I love this recipe! My 7 yr old daughter enjoys this recipe as an afternoon snack. As light as a salad, but as tasty as a main course, this recipe tops the charts as a GREAT family snack. Healthy and delicious, any family could fall in love with this sanck.

My family loves this easy to make pasta salad! My 12 yr old is finally eating protein packed beans and all the vegetables and there is no better way to mix it all together than with this salad! My five yr old has always loved the green pepper and beans. The actual pasta is her downfall. We love it as a nutritious lunch or a cool, light dinner during the summer months (I rinse the pasta to cool it off). Personally, this easy salad can''t be beat!
