This is the BEST! I tried it when I needed to make a quick dessert for company and it is absolutely fabulous! My husband is not a dessert person and he requests this at least 2 times each month. When I make it I don't double it, but I make a 1 1/2 batch. I don't usually leave reviews, either, but this one is definitely a keeper. I've given this recipe to countless people and everyone loves it as much as I do. The added bonus is that from start to finish is literally the 25 minutes that it states. Wonderful!!

I was skeptical at first (apple crisp in the microwave?), but this recipe is a winner. I substituted one of the apples out for a pear, but other than that, I stuck with it as written. It was so easy! Next time I might try mixing in a handful of dried cranberries in with the apples; adding some toasted chopped pecans or walnuts to the topping would be good as well. Easy, delicious and oh-so-very quick to make!

This was so easy and delicious! I put it in while we ate dinner and dessert was hot and ready for the ice cream when we were done eating.

Wanted to try this so bad, but only had a can of apple pie filling. Guess what--worked like a charm! Didn't change anything else. Thank you Betty Crocker

This was so easy my 12yo has made it twice! And unbelievably delicious! We added some walnuts the second time, but it really does not need more to it.

Saw this recipe. Was intrigued and went ahead and tried it. After all, it is quicker. But would it be as good? Guess what? It sure was. That was really nifty and delicious. Will make again with Granny Smith apples sometime.

This was a very good recipe. I was lerious about putting it in the microwave, but I did and it turned out good. The crust was good. I have tried crusts with oats in them and they just weren't good, but this one was. Delicious dessert.

GREAT recipe! After reading the reviews I decided to mix 1 tsp. of Minute Tapioca and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon into the sliced apples, along with another's suggestion of vanilla. The family loved it!
