It is delicious and great for the summer, very refreshing. Instead of salsa I used fresh chopped tomatoes and onions. Also I did substitute the canned corn for frozen one. It was a big it!

I was looking for a salad to make with ingredients I already had on hand, and this fit the bill perfectly. I love "Mexican" food, and this was really good. I took it to a family gathering and it was a big hit. I added fresh lime juice and avacado at the last minute, which I think gave it a fresh, citrusy taste. I would definitely serve this again!

I made this recipe for a party at work. I was trying to find something new that was different, but that tasted good and was still somewhat healthy. I got great feedback from my coworkers. I made this salad the night before. The next morning I tasted it to see if I needed to add anything and I decided to add a bit of salt and pepper. I also added a little more oil and vinegar and salsa. I would definitely make this recipe again if it fits the event and crowd.
