A great appetizer that is tasty & different. Pair with the Cranberry Swirls for a great contrast in taste & color that can be arranged attractively on a platter.

8 oz pkg Light Cream Cheese

cup Mexican cheese, finely shredded

stalks Green onions, finely chopped
1/4
cup Green Chiles, finely chopped (choose chiles based on your heat preference)
1/4
cup Portabella Mushrooms, finely chopped

ounces Spicy Guacamole Dip

tablespoon Garlic, finely minced

Tortillas, whole wheat (large)
Lime juice
  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together & a splash of lime juice...(Choose chile peppers by your preference in heat level) & spread evenly over the tortillas. Roll into logs.
  2. Chill until firm enough to cut. Cut each log into 10 pinwheels. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Enjoy!
