lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
pouch (8 oz) Old El Paso™ Mexican Cooking Sauce Roasted Tomato
burger buns, split
cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in cooking sauce. Reduce heat. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Spoon mixture and cheese on buns.
