Great game time food! I served with scoop size corn chips. They LOVED it! Definitely making this one again.

What a great meatless meal! They taste kind of like a burrito or enchilada, but then has a nice twist being made with the pasta shells! I agree with the other review that says to double the recipe... I made the whole recipe and it fed 2 people with a couple shells left over.

These are excellent. You need to double to feed four people the recipe as 12 shells are not going to be enough. I have made this recipe over and over as it is such a hit with vegetarians and meat eaters. This is a recipe you would hate to lose.

These shells are amazing! This was another dish that I made for my dad and older brother, and we all loved them. I can't imagine the 12 shells feeding 6 people, since the three of us ate them all. My only note for these "Pacos" (pasta tacos), as my brother has named them, is to make sure you don't cook the shells for too long, or else they will be too flimsy to hold the meat mixture.

My family loved this dish. It does take a little time to make, so its not a quick week night meal. But it tastes great!

Made these for the big game a couple of weekends ago. It was a huge hit! The corn chips really make this dish stand out- IMHO. I also doubled the batch per review- and had some leftovers for the next day. Next time I will garnish with some cilantro is I have it hanging around the house. I used low fat cream cheese and sour cream and nobody could tell the difference. Will make again!

This was great(even my teen who HATES beans liked it), except that it isn't enough for 4 people. My advice would be to double the recipe. You might have some left overs, but nothing wrong with that! :)
