I had great expectations for this lasagna considering everyone's reviews; however, my toddlers (ages 1 - 5) wouldn't touch it. My husband thought it was OK (not GREAT as I was expecting). I was less than thrilled but think I will make it again only add corn and blackbeans.

I use corn tortillas insead of lasagna noodles for an even more "Mexican" twist - plus it eliminates the need to boil the lasagna noodles first.

Very good recipe! I made with ground turkey and lower fat ingredients and served with Fiesta Rice. No taste was sacrificed. Definetly a keeper!

This recipe was a huge hit with my family! You can choose from any variety of salsa. Next time I make it, I''ll try a different kind.

This was very easy to make and it taste so wonderful! It popped with flavor but wasn''t spicy as you may think. The cilantro set it off! I would say to use more cheeses and a lot more salsa. I feel the ingredients do not serve 4 poeple. I had to use 4 pounds of meat to feed my family of 6. It was wonderful and all you could hear was chewing at the table and that''s 4 kids I''m feeding!
