This was excellent! My kids loved it and begged me to make it again. I used ground beef and eliminated the pork and it was still great!

I fixed this dish for a group of friends (6 in total) over the weekend and it was a hit! Not to mention, there was plenty left over. It reheats in the microwave very nicely.
