Ingredients

1: can chicken broth

1: teaspoon salt

1: white onion-small

4: celery stalks

12: ounces shredded chicken

1: can cream of chicken soup

1: can rotel

16: ounces spaghetti

2: cups shredded cheese

Directions

1 Cook spaghetti as directed.
2 While spaghetti is cooking; in a medium sauce pan bring to boil chicken broth, salt, onion, celery, chicken.
3 Once spaghetti is cooked, rinse and place back in pan. Add cream of chicken and rotel. mix well.
4 Add spaghetti mixture and chicken mixture into a 13X9 baking dish and combine together. Top with shredded cheese.
5 Bake in oven at 325 for 25 mins.

this recipe needs some MAJOR revising! There is no specification on whether to chop the onion and celery, what size can of chicken broth, how long to boil, ect. I think it was pointless to boil the chicken mixture, unless you want the onion completely cooked. In that case I would just saute it alone and add it later with everything else. I added an extra can of cream of chicken, and baked it just till the cheese melted. Tasted good the way I improvised.
