I just made this recipe and am NOT the world's best at cooking -- it was very easy and tasty though! -- I was afraid it would come out a little dry, however it was moist on the inside and cheesy, I would recommend topping with salsa and sour-cream to serve but it was delicious!

Really easy and good! The filling was really good. I served it with sour cream and salsa. Then for my sides had tortilla chips and peaches. The filling was really good with he chips also. Will be making this again.

We tried this recipe over the weekend and my family loved it! They said that this recipe is a keeper! I added a side salad with shredded lettace and spicy ranch dressing and we had a complete meal!

My family loved this recipe with some variations. I have not tried the original recipe. I used regular whole kernel corn instead of Mexicorn. I also added 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, 1/2 can of black beans and 1 can cream of onion soup. My 4 year old daughter and my husband raved about it.

The filling for the casserole is amazing, I didn't have mexi corn so I diced up green peppers and an onion and threw it in when I browned the beef. The crescents on top was a really really bad idea. Nobody in my house liked the top. Next time I'm going to try tater tots on top or just serve as is with tortilla chips.
