Merlot Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookies

tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
1/4
cup Merlot
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • 3 Place mixture in freezer about 10 minutes or until scoopable.
  • 4 Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or just until set. Remove cookies to cooling rack.

Expert Tips

Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.

Use dark chocolate for more intense chocolate flavor.
