tablespoons Orange Juice

tablespoon Honey
  1. - Cut the melon in half; - Face down cut the melon in half again; - Make 3 slice for each quarter of melon; - Remove the skin and the seeds.
  2. Divide between 4 serving plates and arrange the parma ham on top of each.
  3. Make a dressing by blending together the sherry, honey and orange juice.
  4. Drizzle over the melon and parma ham.
