slice Parma Ham

tablespoons Sherry

tablespoons Orange Juice

tablespoon Honey

  • 1 - Cut the melon in half; - Face down cut the melon in half again; - Make 3 slice for each quarter of melon; - Remove the skin and the seeds.
  • 2 Divide between 4 serving plates and arrange the parma ham on top of each.
  • 3 Make a dressing by blending together the sherry, honey and orange juice.
  • 4 Drizzle over the melon and parma ham.

Up to 1hr before serving, wrap half the melon wedges in Parma ham, using a cocktail stick or skewer to secure each wedge. Keep covered with clingfilm to prevent melon from drying out.
