Melon and Parma Ham
slice Parma Ham
tablespoons Orange Juice
- Cut the melon in half; - Face down cut the melon in half again; - Make 3 slice for each quarter of melon; - Remove the skin and the seeds.
Divide between 4 serving plates and arrange the parma ham on top of each.
Make a dressing by blending together the sherry, honey and orange juice.
Drizzle over the melon and parma ham.
