Ingredients

1: tablespoon vegetable oil

1 1/2: cups Honey Nut Cheerios® Medley Crunch cereal, lightly crushed to 1 cup

3: eggs

1/2: cup milk

1/2: teaspoon ground cinnamon

8: thick slices French bread

Directions

1 In 10- to 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2 Place lightly crushed cereal in shallow bowl.
3 In large bowl, beat eggs, milk and cinnamon until well blended.
4 Dip bread into egg mixture; coat with cereal, pressing cereal onto bread to adhere. Place in skillet.
5 Cook bread over medium heat until golden brown on each side. Serve warm French toast with honey or maple-flavored syrup.
