My husband said it's his new favorite! Very easy and was nice to have leftovers for 2. I used whole wheat penne instead of the bowtie. And I used about 5 cups of spinach instead of 3. I think I might add even more veggies next time, maybe some mushrooms. I'd recommend it!

This recipe was so easy and super delicious! I used fettuccini noodles instead of the bowtie it worked out great. Very delicious and makes a great quick dinner. I also added an extra 2oz of feta cheese for additional flavoring.
