I make this with a rotisserie chicken from my local grocery store, couldn't find the pesto one so I used the greek one, I use kalmata olive instead of the can black olives and it gives it a great added flavor!!! My picky 7 year old son LOVES it!!!!

I couldn't find the pesto basil one either but they had a limited edition Greek one that is delicious! I will definitely make this one again. It's exactly the kind of dish I need for when I take my lunch to work.

This is a great salad. My grocer doesn't carry that style Suddenly Salad so I just used a pesto basil sauce and some noodles I had in the cupboard. I will definitely make this salad again!

I made this for my Mah Jong group, and used dukesmom's idea to serve muffins and fresh fruit. What a hit, everyone loved it. And my husband enjoyed the leftovers.

This was fabulous and perfect for the hot days of summer. I served this with muffins and fresh fruit for dinner and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day! Next time I'll add some toasted pine nuts for even more flavor.

YUMMY! We tried this and loved it. Our small town grocery store did not have that Suddenly Salad version, so we found one from Macoroni Grill (Creamy Basil Parm. Chicken... I think) and tried the recipe with that. It was good!! I made the Healthified Greek Layered Dip that night, too. We decided to make a relish out of some of the toppings from the dip (both peppers, onions, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, cucumbers and olives) and added that to the pasta just before serving. Great variation to try! Mixin' it up!
