This inspiring combination of ingredients creates fun appetizer cups when topped with guacamole!
can (11.3 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated artisan dinner rolls made with whole grain*
cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
cup crumbled feta or shredded mozzarella cheese
cup canned sliced ripe olives
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 16 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 rolls. Cut each roll in half; press halves in bottoms and halfway up sides of muffin cups.
Top each with about 1 1/2 teaspoons tomatoes and 1 teaspoon feta cheese.
Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from pan; top each with about 1 1/2 teaspoons guacamole, and sprinkle with olive slices. Serve immediately.

If you love kalamata olives, feel free to substitute for the ripe olives.
