Meatless Meatball Pizza

frozen roasted garlic or regular soy-protein burgers

package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust or other 12-inch prebaked pizza crust

cup pizza sauce

tablespoons sliced ripe olives

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

cup shredded provolone cheese (4 oz)

  • 1 Heat oven to 425ºF. On medium microwavable plate, microwave burgers uncovered on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning once, until thawed. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
  • 2 On ungreased cookie sheet, place pizza crust. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with burger balls and olives. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
  • 3 Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown.
