Absolutely wonderful...and I don't like meatballs. I took out the egg, added 1 tablespoon of water and added some soy sauce. I could not stop eating them!!

These were a hit tonite! I made them to go with homemade spaghetti sauce with a few modifications. I used McCormick's SeasonAll instead of the salt, then I used 1/4 tsp. garlic powder instead of garlic salt (see k456's note). I also added 1/2 tsp. onion powder instead of the chopped onion. I forgot the Worcestershire Sauce, but the meat was still tasty. I had intended to add 1/4-1/2 tsp. Jim Beam Steak Sauce w/the Worcestershire sauce...but forgot that too. I will try it next time, as there definitely will be a next time. I used the "shape a rectangle & cut into squares, then bake in a 9x13 cake pan" method, which worked beautifully since I was busy with other preparations. I cut down the time a bit by using my speed bake feature after they had been in the oven for about 10 min. The next time I will try them on the broiler pan rack to keep them a little neater without having to trim the seepage from the meatballs that forms in the pan. All-in-all, we really liked these.

I thought these were very bland. I added garlic salt but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Disappointing.

Just like the "Easy Meatballs" recipe, except this one uses plain bread crumbs instead of Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Still a great basic recipe!

I am just getting the hang of this whole cooking from scratch thing. It's something I normally don't do. My mom has a recipe for meatballs I had attempted and failed. I came across this one and gave it one more shot. It was very easy to make and I had no problems. These came out awesome. I made the meatballs a little bigger than it called for, so I had half the amount. It still worked out just fine. I subbed garlic salt for the regular salt in the recipe. They came out great.
