Quick, easy, and toddler pleasing. This is really versatile. I'm going to try red peppers and broccoli next time. Thanks, Betty.

This is really good, and I have made a couple of times. I used homemade meatballs that I had frozen. One time, I added some red pepper in with the carrots-- the vegetables really could be changed with what you have on hand or like. Also, I have used this creamy rice recipe with other foods, like chicken and pork.

Though this dish is very good it lacks color. We have added onion and broccoli. Makes it look good to eat. VERY TASTY

Yum! Everyone went for seconds. Based on other reviewers' comments, I added a little garlic to the rice and it was a good thing. I also didn't have baby carrots so I used mixed vegetables. We liked it that way and I would do it again. Also, I added the Parm cheese suggested by others and it helped it tighten up nicely.

When I made this I didn't have the carrots, so I put frozen chopped broccoli that I had heated for about 5 minutes in instead. It was fantastic! Everyone loved it and I will be making it that way from now on. We aren't big cooked carrot fans anyhow.

I really enjoyed this recipe and would certainly make it again. The frozen meatballs gave the whole dish a very nice flavor. It looks funny and sounds a little funny too but definitely worth the try.

Worst meal I have ever made. I made it exactly to the recipe. It was horrible I had to add TONS of things to just make it decent. My mother wouldn't even try it!.
